Pier Trucker collects users location data in order to determine truck turn times at individual port terminals.
The Pier Trucker mobile app collects location data in the background even when the app is closed or not in use.
The location data is only used for the purpose of determining truck turn time information.
Pier Trucker does NOT sell users location data to third parties.
Location data is deleted approximately 7 days after collection.
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual or company, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, phone number, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, occupation, industry, personal interests, and other information when needed to provide a service or product or carry out a transaction you have requested.
When you browse our website, you do so anonymously, unless you have previously registered with us. We do not automatically collect personal information, including your email address.
