Empty Return Appointment Creation Rule Reminders:
* There will be a limit to the amount of empty in appointments you can make in a 10 minute period. So if you make appointments too fast you will get a message that you have exceeded the limit and must wait 10 minutes before making another appointment. This will benefit all trucking companies because it will provide for a much longer time frame to find available empty return appointments.
* You must add the container number to your Empty In appointment 1 hr before the appointment slot. It will NOT be mandatory at the time of appointment creation but you will need to modify the appointment and add the container number 1 hr before. If you do not add the container number to your appointment then the appointment will be auto-cancelled.
​***Dual Transactions MUST have the SAME CONTAINER SIZ​​E TYPE for both the drop off and pick up.​​*Empty Return Appointment Reminder: The empty return line operator MUST match the actual line operator of the container the trucker is returning. For example: if you make an appointment to drop off an OOL 40HQ, but the driver tries to bring in a EGL 40HQ they will be TURNED OUT because the line operators do not match.
