To obtain Massport Maritime Credentials, applicant
s must present a valid TWIC and know their TWIC password.
In addition to TWIC and Massport Maritime Credentials, all motor carriers must have the following
PRIOR to arriving at Conley Terminal:
Trucking companies must have a Standard Carrier Alfa Code (SCAC) assigned by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association
Trucking companies must be registered with the Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement - Delivery of shipper owned containers require written authorization from the shipping line to the terminal to allow delivery
Trucking companies must have a 4 digit truck code issued by the terminal to be used by drivers for processing transactions
Are you registered with C-TPAT???
When an entity joins C-TPAT, an agreement is made to work with Customs and Boarder Patrol (CBP) to protect the supply chain, identify security gaps and implement specific security measures and best practices.
Applicants must address a broad range of security topics and present security profiles that list action plans to align security throughout the supply chain.
C-TPAT members are considered to be of low risk, and ar therefore less likely to be examined at a U.S. port of entry.

Drivers are NEVER to walk between the stacks of containers at any time for any reason.
